I. GENERAL TERMS

If you are in rush please let me know and the commission can be rushed for a 10% additional on price.✧ I charge a 20% additional for complexity on commissions AT THE BEGGINING, in case I notice the characters or background will be harder to draw.

III. COPYRIGHT AND GENERAL USE
USE AND SELLING✧ the client is free to use the art on any personal way✧ in the special case of emotes, or vtuber art, if you want to sell the emotes or art for a UNIQUE buyer, you can, but please contact me first✧ you're NOT allowed to edit the art without previous warning✧ regarding commercial use, I sell commercial rights for 150% the price of the original comm
IV. REFUNDS
REFUNDING✧ I do not accept refunds.CANCELATIONS✧ Clients are not allowed to cancel the commission if payment has already been made.CHANGES✧ You're allowed to 3 free changes during the sketch and colouring phase, before you approve the result. After that, each change will result in a 5$ fee.✧ Once you approved the sketch and I finished the lineart, changes in the pose will be charged (5$).✧ Once you approved the colours, and I finished painting, big colour changes will be charged (5$).
